Who we are

This site is operated by Linden Trade Holdings LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. We refer to the product as "Balthia" throughout this document.

What we collect

When you fill out our contact form, we collect:

• Your name
• The name and city of your business
• Your email address
• Any message you write

We do not run analytics, third-party tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or session-replay tools on this site. The only request your browser makes off our domain is to fetch the typefaces (Inter and JetBrains Mono) from Google Fonts during page load.

What we do with it

We use the form data to reply to your inquiry and to evaluate whether Balthia is a fit for your business. We do not sell, rent, or share it with marketing partners. If we don't end up working together, we delete the message after 12 months.

Email service

Form submissions are routed through Postmark (an outbound transactional email service operated by ActiveCampaign LLC). Postmark sees the contents of the email so it can deliver it to our inbox. Their privacy policy is available at ActiveCampaign privacy policy.

Hosting

This site is hosted by Vercel. Standard server access logs (IP address, user agent, request timestamp) are retained briefly for security and abuse prevention.

Your rights

You can request a copy of any data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing ask@balthia.com. We respond within five business days.

Changes

We'll update this page if our practices change. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision.
