Billing, in plain English.
Is there a free trial?
No. Both tiers are paid from day one. We've found that owner-operators do better with a real commitment than a 14-day window they forget about. If you want to see what we'd do for your business before committing, our free local-rank audit is functionally a soft trial.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly billing, no contracts, no early-termination fees. Cancel and your next month doesn't bill.
Can I switch between tiers?
Yes. Upgrade and we prorate the new tier from the upgrade date. Downgrade and the change applies at your next billing cycle.
What payment methods?
Card on the way. We're launching credit/debit at general availability. During the early-access waitlist period, we're invoicing the first cohort directly — payable by ACH or check. Either way, no surprises.
What's the onboarding timeline?
Day 1: we send your free local-rank audit (current rank on 5 keywords + 3 GBP gaps to fix this week). Week 1: full Operator setup or — at Storefront — our done-for-you GBP optimization sweep. Month 1: weekly posts running, citations under tracking, reviews monitored.
What does the Storefront guarantee actually cover?
If you're not in the top-3 local pack for at least 3 of your tracked keywords by the end of month 3, your fourth month is free. That's it. No small print, no "keyword categories."
Do you offer multi-location discounts?
Storefront includes up to 3 locations. Beyond that, talk to us — we price additional locations at $90 each per month.
What if I cancel mid-month?
Your subscription stops at the end of the current billing period. We don't pro-rate refunds for partial months — but we also don't charge for the next one. Cancel today, you keep access through your paid date and the next bill never lands.
